You Can't Fix Your Mental Health With Duct Tape
The Suicide Prevention Alliance is excited to partner with Man Therapy to bring the campagin to all of Pennsylvania. Man Therapy PA gives Pennsylvania men the tools to tackle stress, depression, and life’s challenges with humor, honesty, and practical guidance.
About Man Therapy
Built by men. Backed by science. Delivered with a laugh.
Man Therapy is a groundbreaking mental health campaign that helps men take care of their minds the same way they take care of their trucks, tools, and families through practical maintenance, not quick fixes.
Created by mental health professionals and real men, the campaign uses humor and straight talk to make tough conversations about mental health more approachable.
At ManTherapy.org, men can take the Head Inspection a free, private online check-up that helps identify what’s working well, what could use a tune-up, and connects users to resources that actually make a difference.
Why It Matters
Mental health maintenance is man’s work, too.
Across Pennsylvania, men face stress, pressure, and burnout at home, at work, and in their communities. Yet many wait until they’re running on empty before asking for help. Man Therapy breaks down that barrier with a message that resonates: checking in on your mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness.

-Share on Social Media. Use #ManTherapyPA and #DrRichApproved to spread awareness.
