Kevin Hines: A Powerful Evening of Hope, Survival, and the Ripple Effect

A Powerful Evening of Hope, Survival, and the Ripple Effect
We are honored to welcome internationally recognized suicide prevention advocate, Kevin Hines, to Harrisburg, on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Regal Theatres, 1500 Caughey Drive, Harrisburg, PA.
At age 19, Kevin survived a suicide attempt after jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge. His extraordinary journey of survival, resilience, and recovery has since become a message of hope shared with people around the world.
Kevin will join us for a special showing of Suicide The Ripple Effect, a powerful documentary that shares Kevin’s story while exploring the profound impact suicide has on individuals, families, and communities—and the difference that connection, understanding, and hope can make. Today, Kevin travels the world helping people better understand mental health, build resilience, support those who are struggling, and recognize that recovery is possible. This is more than a film. It is an opportunity to start a conversation about suicide, hear a remarkable story of survival, and remind one another that hope can be found even in our darkest moments.
