Kay is a Holistic Wellness Coach and therapist who offers individual counseling (in Pennsylvania) as well as individual and group coaching wellness courses. She also provides mental health education, training, and speaking engagements.

Professionally, Kay has over 15 years of experience as a mentor, speaker, leader, and teacher in some capacity, 5 years as a therapist, and 4 years as a business owner and program coordinator.  Kay ran a number of programs while working at a nonprofit organization which included overseeing 4-5 staff and 5-6 interns at one time, while also leading 3 programs that she created.  She also traveled all over the world to at least 13 different countries too so I have a lot of experience with other cultures, religions, and diversity.
Kay has experienced and lived a healing journey that she now wants to help and teach others like her. She has lived the majority of her life with anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts as a result of a couple of different types of trauma (loss of a brother due to alcohol, sexual trauma, and neglect/abandonment-related trauma). Kay discovered what helped her the most was sharing her story, which made her more passionate to use the tools of what she learned to help others like her.
